Kiyan Carmelo Anthony (May 29, 1984), named "Melo", an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Denver Nuggets in the National Basketball Association (NBA) is. After a successful career in high school at Towson Catholic High School and Oak Hill Academy, Anthony attended Syracuse University for college, where he led the Orangemen to their first national championship in 2003. She earned tournament most outstanding player award and was named Most ValuablePlayer of the NCAA Regional Middle. After one season at Syracuse University, Anthony left the college in 2003 NBA Draft, where he was selected as the third pick of the Nuggets go. Since joining the NBA, Anthony has developed as one of the best known and most popular players in the league. It was the All-Rookie Team All-Star and three-time All-NBA team called four times. Anthony led the Nuggets to two division titles and the playoffs every season since his rookie year. In 2009, hehelped the Nuggets advanced to the Conference Finals for the first time since 1985. As a member of the U.S. National Team won a bronze medal at the 2004 Olympics and Anthony gold medal at the 2008 Olympics.
